-from the Curator
Yesterday a group of 25 seniors came out for a tour of the Museum through the Adult Center for the City of El Centro. Several visitors remembered taking archaeology classes through the Imperial Valley College with Jay von Werlhof, and all were excited to see the Museum's new exhibits.

After exploring the new interactives and videos, and taking some pictures with Ramses the Bighorn Sheep, they enjoyed a lunch catered by the Red Feather Cafe in Ocotillo.

Museum Director Dr. Neal Hitch gave a talk about how far the museum has come and the exciting plans for its future. He described some of the reactions the new exhibit has had from visitors, and how excited kids are when they come out on field trips. It turns out, adults are just as excited!
