Today the Imperial County Free Library started a new year of programs scheduled at the Ocotillo branch of the library here at the Museum.  The ICFL will have staff present from 9-12 to help people with computers and the internet nearly every other Friday:

Ivan Soto, local artist

Ivan Soto was the first local artist who we exhibited at the museum. Ivan has been very involved with environmental education in the Imperial Valley, and this has been the inspiration in his work, Currently, he is finishing a degree in Environmental Studies at Humbolt University. Now hanging in our library, his work will continue to be inspirational to aspiring young artists!
